Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item for a lesser restocking fee and keep the balance as store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in resalable condition with its original packaging.
If the item is not in resalable condition, is a special order item, or is a custom order item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is non-refundable in either direction unless approved by Overland Garage.
All return requests must be communicated within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days.
If the package is returned to Overland Garage or the manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee if you choose not to have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or invoiced to you.
To start a return, contact us at info@overlandgarage.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return logging sheet along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is caused by us (for example, if the wrong item was sent).

Clearance, Final Sale & Restricted Return Items
Some items may be subject to restricted return policies, including but not limited to items marked as clearance, sale, final sale, end-of-line, overstock, special pricing items, special orders, or custom products.
These items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was supplied by Overland Garage.
Customers are responsible for confirming fitment and suitability before purchasing any item with a restricted return policy. If you are unsure whether an item has a restricted return policy, please ask our staff or contact us before placing your order. We are always happy to help verify applications and return eligibility in advance.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
US Tariffs 2025
Due to recent political developments and potential tariff changes on imported goods, product prices may be subject to adjustments. While we strive to provide accurate quotes, tariffs may fluctuate and may require price revisions from the original estimate.
Special order items remain non-returnable, and any deposits will be forfeited if additional tariffs apply and remain unpaid.
